Where Jesus
is
Honored Above All

Our Values

Simplicity of Christ in Creativity
We are most like our Creator when we create. We believe there is power in simplicity, which is why our aim is to create services for Jesus and invite others to experience Him. Everything we do, from the way our services are designed, to placing a cross in the auditorium, offering a prayer book, praying over children in Kids Ministry, and so much more, is guided by a desire to keep things simple and creative in the way we honor Christ.
Culture of Holiness & Honor
At Creative, our heart is to allow the Lord to sanctify us and to follow His command to “Be holy, for I am holy” (1 Peter 1:16). This shapes the way we live. We are a people who do not gossip, complain, or murmur. When conflict arises, we pursue reconciliation rather than sowing discord. We choose to “know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. And be at peace among yourselves” (1 Thessalonians 5:12–13). We commit to a life of purity and to walking “the narrow road” (Matthew 7:14) we are called to as Christians. All of this comes through the desire to honor Christ with the way we live our life.
Heavenly Unity in Christ
At Creative Church, Unity is in our DNA. God works through all people regardless of race, age, or gender (Galatians 3:28). Above all, we believe unity is what matters most. We are called to be of one accord and like-minded in Christ (Philippians 2:2–3), choosing to value one another above ourselves as we lift up the name of Jesus together.
Filled With Grace While Speaking Christ’s Truth
We believe the way of Jesus is both grace and truth. Grace welcomes and restores, while truth calls us higher and sets us free (John 8:32). At Creative Church, we extend grace that meets people where they are, yet we boldly stand on God’s truth so lives can be healed, transformed, and built on Christ.
Generous Like Christ
We believe generosity is the posture of a disciple. Jesus Himself demonstrated this when He laid everything out for us on the cross. The tithe is our first 10%, returning to God what already belongs to Him and fueling the work of the local church (Malachi 3:10). Offerings go beyond the tithe and flow from a heart of gratitude and faith, advancing God’s kingdom in even greater ways. At Creative Church, we practice both, knowing that generosity is not about what God wants from us but what He wants for us.
Discipleship & Longevity in the Body of Christ
We are committed to building disciples who stay planted in the house of God. True growth happens over time, not by moving on when challenges arise. We believe disagreements and trials, when handled with humility, can strengthen us. As James says, “Consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds because the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything” (James 1:2–4). At Creative Church, we value longevity and believe that staying planted produces maturity, strength, and lasting fruit.
Building the Home Team Centered on Christ
We believe church is family. We are committed to strengthening marriages, raising godly kids, and building life-giving relationships that last with Christ at the very center. Our kids and youth ministries are not an afterthought but a priority, because the next generation is part of the church today. At Creative Church, we are building the Home Team: families rooted in Christ and generations walking in faith together.

Our History

Creative Church began with a simple desire: to build a house where Jesus is honored above all. What started as a small community hungry for His presence has grown into a thriving church in Maple Grove, marked by worship, prayer, and a deep love for Jesus.

Over the years, we have watched God faithfully lead our church, strengthening families, transforming lives, and drawing people to Himself. Our heart remains the same today: to behold Jesus, love Him deeply, and make His presence known in our city and beyond.

Our Pastors

Pastor Jonathan & Joanne Brozozog

Pastors Jonathan and Joanne lead Creative with a deep love for Jesus and the family God has entrusted to them. Raising eight children has shaped their faith and their steady desire to point this house to His presence.

They have spent many years watching Jesus heal, restore, and draw people close to Himself, and their leadership reflects a quiet longing for Him above all else.

Alongside the church, they also lead the Home Team, serving churches and leaders across the nation and ministering to families.

Our Beliefs

God

Genesis 1:2, 27, Matthew 28:19, John 15:26
We believe in one God, the Creator of all things, revealed to us in the three persons of the Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus

Luke 1:26-33, Hebrews 7:25, Matthew 1:18
We believe in Jesus Christ, conceived of the Virgin Mary, is the only begotten Son of the Father. He was crucified, buried and rose from the dead. He ascended to Heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as our intercessor.

Bible

2 Timothy 3:15-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Hebrews 4:12, Revelation 22:18-19
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, infallible, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives. It is the revelation of God’s will and the final authority on the Christian life.

Salvation

Acts 4:12, Romans 10:9-10, John 14:1-6, Ephesians 1:7
We believe every person is disobedient to God’s plans in varying degrees. Any disobedience to God, regardless of how large or small, is sin. Sin separates each person from God, which is spiritual death. People can only reconcile to God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ alone. Anyone who believes that Jesus died for our sins, and resurrected to give us new life, can receive the forgiveness of sins and be saved. Upon this personal decision, God promises restoration of that relationship and eternal life.

Eternity

Daniel 12:2; Matthew 25:46; John 5:29; Jude 1:7
We believe those who die outside of Christ will be punished in an eternal Hell, but those who die “in Him” shall share in His glory in Heaven forever.

Prayer

Philippians 4:6-7, James 5:15-16
We believe in the power and effectiveness of prayer, and that it should be a daily part of every believer’s life.

Healing

Acts 3:2-12, Acts 5:15-16, James 5:14-15, Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24
We believe that God wants to heal and transform us so we can live healthy and prosperous lives, in body, soul and spirit.

Communion

Luke 22:19-20, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
We believe in practicing the Lord’s supper representing his body that was broken for us and his blood that was shed for our sins. As often as we do this, we remember Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross, and His resurrection power.

Water Baptism

Matthew 3:11, Matthew 28:18-19, John 14:6, Acts 8:36-39, Romans 6:4
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit for all of those who have given their life to Jesus Christ and desire to publicly identify with Him.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit

Matthew 3:11, Acts 2:4, Acts 10:44-46, Acts 19:6, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11
We believe that with the baptism of the Holy Spirit comes the power for life and service. The spiritual gifts given by the Holy Spirit, such as speaking in tongues, prophesy and more, are for ministry to the body of Christ and relevant for today.

Second Coming

Matthew 24:19-31, Acts 1:10-11, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, Revelation 1:7, Revelation 19:11-22:21
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised. First to resurrect the righteous dead and the catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign on earth for a thousand years.

Marriage

Genesis 1:26-27; Genesis 2:24; Leviticus 18:1-30; Romans 1:26-29; 1 Corinthians 5:1, 6:9; 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8, Matthew 19:5-6, Ephesians 5:31-33, Ephesians, 6:1-4, Hebrews 13:4
From birth, God has wonderfully and immutably created each person as male or female. These two genders together reflect the image and nature of God. God instituted marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family, the basic structure of human society, and God has ordained sexual activity to occur exclusively within that union.

Sanctity of Human Life

Genesis 1:27; Leviticus 19:32; Psalm 139:13-16; Proverbs 16:31; Job 12:12; Jeremiah 1:5
All human life is sacred and created by God in His image. Human life is of immeasurable worth in all its dimensions, including preborn babies, the aged, the physically or mentally-challenged, and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death. We are, therefore, called to defend, protect, and value all human life.

Worship

1 Corinthians 14:33, 40, Hebrews 13:17
We believe in the freedom of worship with every form of expression being done in decency and in order. We define order in our services as following the anointing of the Holy Spirit through the pastoral leadership on the platform.
